2. Does my jewelry come with an authenticity certificate?

Absolutely. Every Moissanite stone purchased from THE BRILORA comes with an official GRA Certificate. This document guarantees the stone's grade, cut, and authenticity.

3. Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We use a global fulfillment model to ensure the best prices. Your jewelry is shipped directly from our international expert artisans.
USA/Canada: 4–11 business days.
Saudi Arabia & GCC: 10–15 business days.

4. Is shipping free?

Yes, we provide Free Secured Global Shipping to the USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain.

5. Will I have to pay Customs Duties or Taxes?

As per our Shipping Policy, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on our 'Track Order' page to see the live status of your parcel.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include the GRA Certificate. To process a return for a defective item, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once the order has left our fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled.
